Our Skilled Team are the backbone of what we do

Some of our key staff and their roles are below.

We have a wider team of Maintenance Engineers, Installation Engineers, Senior Engineers and Apprentices! The engineering team are of course the backbone of the company, delivering our services directly to our clients.

Steve Jones

Managing Director

Steve oversees all aspects of the business operation. He manages the sales and projects team, along with maintaining relationships with all of our clients.
When not working you’ll find Steve at a Cycling event with his daughters.

Michelle Vincent

Director

Michelle manages the business accounts and runs the Maintenance division looking after our contracted customers. She ensures the highest level of delivery of our services to our customer and compliance to the industry standards.
If Michelle isn’t managing your account she could be walking the dog or gone fishing with her son.

Gareth Davies

Project Manager

Gareths strength and knowldege of Fire Alarms and Security Systems from being a commissioning engineer makes him a great PM. He is responsible for any of our large installation projects, and brings compliance and high standards to all of his work.
Not often at home, Gareth will be visiting somewhere new most weekends and its likely to have a Castle there.

Juliano Iacono

Project Manager

Having been with us from the start of his career Jules is an experienced install and commissioning engineer who has transferred from engineering to Projects. His commitment to the job ensures a smooth project delivery to the customer of our large installations.
Is he walking his dog, or ordering new tools? He may just be away for the weekend or in the pub.

Jamie Oaten

Technical Estimator

Jamie has been with IFS for many years and has moved into his Sales and Estimating role from his previous engineering background with us. His day to day work includes providing complex system designs, completing tenders and following our quotation process for customers. He is also very handy to help out customers on the phone when needed!
Jamie not on the phone today? He’s probably on the Golf course or playing Rugby!

Ian Hollister

Technical Estimator

New to the company in 2026 Ian is a great addition to the company. With a strong proven background in Installation and Commissoning along with great technical knowledge he will compliment the Sales and Estimating team and we look forward to his role expanding within the company.
Out of work Ian enjoys fishing, watching rugby and family time!
